Lakpa, a seasoned mountaineer with a remarkable track record, has dedicated his life to the mountains since his teenage years. As the first Nepali to conquer the Seven Summits and with 17 successful ascents of Mount Everest, he has proven himself among the world’s elite climbers. Yet his greatest ambition is not only personal achievement, but helping others experience the awe‑inspiring beauty of the Himalayas and achieve their own mountaineering goals.

In 2022, Lakpa founded Khangri Experience to turn this vision into reality. Khangri Experience provides unparalleled adventure tourism services across Nepal, Tibet, the USA, and Tanzania, specializing in expeditions and trekking. Our mission is to deliver transformative journeys that balance ambition with responsibility, ensuring every client experiences the mountains with safety, respect, and wonder.

Safety First: We maintain one of the lowest guide‑to‑climber ratios in the industry. Each team is supported by an experienced Sherpa guide at a 2:1 ratio, ensuring personalized attention and enhanced safety.
